Join our empowering workshop designed for local middle-school-aged individuals (10-14 YO) identifying as female. Led by licensed social workers, movement instructors, and health educators, this nurturing space promises a nurturing environment where participants can explore alongside their peers the vital concepts unique to them during this pivotal period of adolescence. Attendees will participate in (3) interactive workshops centered around emotional health, movement/self-care, and physical health. Topics include but are not limited to: the importance of self-confidence, how to cultivate healthy relationships, the value of self-advocacy, importance of exercise and self-care, insights into puberty-related changes such as menstruation and feminine hygiene, etc.

Please note, these workshops WILL NOT discuss sex and/or sexual health to any extent.

Let us celebrate the resilience of the female experience and equip young attendees with the knowledge and tools to navigate adolescence with grace and confidence!

Please note, prioritization will be given to first-time registrants.

A final email confirmation will be sent to ACCEPTED REGISTRANTS at the latest one day prior to the event.
